7"x5" oil on ampersand gessobord
this house has been abandoned by it's human owners a long time ago and has new owners of a different species...i didn't notice them at first and after a few minutes of taking photos of the house, a huge herd of cattle emerged from behind it...i'm not sure if some of them were actually in the house but it certainly looked as though the herd had taken over ownership of this once lovely farmhouse...i wonder, do the cows have barbecues in the summer?...

Amazing painting Lisa... the cows would have to BBQ chicken though... steaks would just be wrong. Fresh and tasty, but wrong.
